2. Using this website
- The content is for general information. It is not legal, financial or professional advice.
- Blog articles are technical write-ups and some are prepared with the help of AI tools. We review them, but check anything important before relying on it.
- Do not copy the site's design, code or content for commercial use without our written permission.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to the site.
3. Quotes and scope
Every project starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, timeline, price and milestones. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
4. Payments
Payments follow the milestone plan in your quote. Invoices are due within 7 days unless the quote says otherwise. We may pause work while a payment is overdue. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
5. Your responsibilities
- Provide content, feedback, access and approvals on time. Delays on your side can move the timeline.
- Make sure you have the rights to any text, images, logos or data you give us to use.
- Keep your own logins, domains and third-party accounts secure.
6. Ownership
Once the project is paid in full, you own the code, designs and content we create for you, and we hand over the source code, repositories and accounts. Open-source libraries and third-party tools stay under their own licences. Unless you ask us not to in writing, we may show the finished work in our portfolio without any confidential data.
7. Confidentiality and data
We keep your business information confidential. Where we handle personal data for you, we act as your Data Processor under the DPDP Act, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Warranty and support
We fix bugs in the delivered work that are reported within 30 days of launch, free of charge. This does not cover new features, changes made by others, or problems caused by third-party services. Ongoing support is available through a monthly care plan.
9. No guaranteed results
We work hard to make your product fast, visible and effective, but we cannot guarantee search rankings, recommendations by AI assistants, sales, leads or other business results, because they depend on factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data where backups were your responsibility.
11. Ending a project
Either side can end a project with written notice. You pay for work completed up to that date and receive everything completed so far, as set out in the Refund Policy.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will first be discussed in good faith, and if unresolved, will be subject to the courts at Bhagalpur, Bihar.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. The version on this page on the date you accept a quote applies to that project.
