Four roles, one throughline

From agency WordPress builds to owning architecture across eight production applications. Every role added a layer of the stack.

  • Owned architecture, technical standards and release pipelines across 8 production web applications for Eloma Group's transport, logistics and digital businesses.
  • Led a 5-person department spanning development, content, graphics and SEO, mentoring a junior developer through regular code review and owning client delivery end to end.
  • Bivry Software (teambivry.com): architected a logistics SaaS in React and TypeScript on a Node.js and Express API, with 5 role-based portals for Customers, Vendors, Drivers, Employees and Admins across 96 components.
  • Modeled a 43-table PostgreSQL schema in Prisma and shipped 33 versioned migrations covering onboarding, compliance documents, insurance, accreditations and freight bookings with zero-downtime deploys.
  • Implemented JWT authentication with refresh-token rotation, bcrypt hashing, account lockout after repeated failed logins and role-based authorization middleware, and hardened the API with Zod validation, Helmet and rate limiting.
  • Designed multi-step onboarding wizards with document upload to Azure Blob Storage, expiry tracking and a submitted to under-review to approved workflow, and integrated Australian Business Register lookup to validate records against live company data.
  • Created a reusable UI layer on Radix primitives, with React Hook Form and Zod schemas validating on both client and server, plus in-browser image cropping and HEIC conversion for phone uploads.
  • Built the freight booking module with multi-stop pickup and delivery legs, lane-based pricing, auto-generated job numbers and configurable reference data that operations staff can change without a code release.
  • Automated releases with GitHub Actions CI/CD, running type checks and migrations before deploying to Azure App Service and Static Web Apps, with a commit-verified health check that eliminated silent failed deploys.
  • Delivered bivry.com.au, egdigital.com.au, elomagroup.com.au, EG Travel and 3 further group sites as responsive single-page applications with Three.js and GSAP interactions, on a unified Vite and Tailwind component setup reused across brands.
  • Partnered with business stakeholders across the group's operating companies, translating operational requirements into scoped features and release plans.
